Preference Floors in Sydney
One of Australia's largest flooring wholesalers, and the range we reach for most often when a family wants a hard floor that will take a beating without a premium price tag. Five hybrid ranges covering everything from rental refits to wide-plank feature floors, with warehouses in Sydney so stock is rarely a problem.

We're a Sydney stockist — we hold Preference samples in Stanmore and bring them to you. Every range below links through to its full specification and colour range.
Hybrid Flooring
Easi-Plank SPC
The most practical hybrid Preference makes, and the biggest colour range of the five.
21 coloursEasi-Plank SPC Herringbone
The same SPC core as Easi-Plank, cut to a 625 × 125mm parquetry block with a thicker 0.7mm wear layer.
9 coloursIconic WPC
Preference's wood-plastic composite hybrid, and the widest colour range of the five.
14 coloursHydroplank WPC
The longest board in Preference's hybrid line-up.
12 coloursLifestyle Collection EPC
The thickest hybrid Preference sells at 12mm, on a composite polymer and stone fibre core with a commercial-grade 0.7mm wear layer.
9 coloursAspire RCB
Preference's rigid core board, pitched at light commercial and retail fit-out as much as at housing.
14 coloursEngineered Timber
Prestige Oak
European Oak on a multi-ply core, and the widest choice of anything we stock — sixty colours across four thicknesses.
60 coloursDe Marque Oak
Preference's parquetry range — herringbone at 600 x 120mm in 15mm and 21mm, and chevron at 600 x 90mm in 21mm, all in European Oak with a 4mm or 6mm wear layer.
40 coloursPronto Engineered Oak
European Oak wide plank at 190 x 14mm with a 3mm wear layer, 1900mm long with nested shorts, plus a herringbone option at 600 x 120mm.
17 coloursElk Falls Hickory
American hickory at 189 x 14mm with a 2mm solid hickory wear layer, on a Unilin click so it floats without adhesive.
15 coloursHardwood Collection
Red Oak and White Ash at 190 x 14mm with a 3mm wear layer, on a multi-ply core in a Hi-Spec AB grade — a cleaner, less knotty visual than the rustic ranges.
12 coloursFiddleback Australian Hardwood
Genuine Australian eucalyptus — Blackbutt and Spotted Gum — over a plywood core, with a Uniclic profile that can float or be direct fixed.
6 coloursSelect Australian Timber
Australian species — Blackbutt, Jarrah, Spotted Gum, Sydney Blue Gum and Tasmanian Oak — at 135 or 180mm wide on an 1820mm board, with a Välinge 5G click for a floating install.
3 coloursVillage Oak
A new European Oak range at 190 and 220mm wide on a 14mm board, with twenty-two colours — the second widest oak palette Preference offers after Prestige.
22 coloursLaminate Flooring
Aspect
The widest laminate we stock, and the most water-resistant.
14 coloursAquastop
Swiss-made by Swiss Krono, and the only AC5 laminate we stock.
21 coloursOakleaf HD PLUS
The realism range — printed across thirty pattern repeats where most laminate cycles through six to twelve board images, which across a room is the difference between a floor that reads as timber and one where you start recognising the same knot.
14 coloursOakleaf Laminate
The standard Oakleaf: European oak and Australian timber visuals on a long 2200mm board, over an FSC-certified HDF core with a lifetime structural warranty.
15 coloursPreference Classic Laminate
The value board, and the one that still carries the traditional Australian hardwood colours — Jarrah, Merbau, Kempas, Brush Box — that have largely disappeared from newer ranges.

That's exactly the conversation we're good at. We stock several manufacturers and we'll tell you which one suits your rooms — including when it isn't this one.
