Easi-Plank SPC
The most practical hybrid Preference makes, and the biggest colour range of the five. A stone polymer core keeps it dimensionally stable, so it copes with the temperature swings a west-facing Sydney living room throws at a floor. It is the range we most often put over existing ceramic tile in a renovation, because the rigid core telegraphs grout lines far less than a softer board would.

Where it doesn’t suit
At 7.5mm with a 0.5mm wear layer this is a mid-weight board, not a premium one. If you want the deepest embossing and the most convincing timber grain, Iconic or a real engineered timber will beat it. Easi-Plank's argument is value and toughness, and on that it is very hard to fault. Note it only suits in-slab hydronic heating — not electric underfloor.
