Lifestyle Collection EPC
The thickest hybrid Preference sells at 12mm, on a composite polymer and stone fibre core with a commercial-grade 0.7mm wear layer. The extra thickness and the built-in 1.5mm acoustic pad make it the one we recommend most often for apartments — it is the only range of the five with published FIIC figures.

Where it doesn’t suit
12mm is a real height. Check your door clearances and the transition to any existing floor before you fall in love with it — retro-fitting into a house with existing tiles and no door gap turns into a carpentry job. It is also the smallest range at nine colours, so if nothing here suits, Easi-Plank has thirty.
