This range exists for strata. If your building sets an acoustic requirement, we'll match the certificate to your by-law before you order a single box — that paperwork is part of the job. If you're on a ground floor or in a freestanding house, you likely don't need the acoustic layer at all, and standard MiPlank buys the same look for less.
