Where it doesn’t suit
The number to look at is the 0.2mm wear layer — less than half of every other range on this page. That is the layer standing between your floor and the traffic on it, and it is what decides whether a floor still looks right in ten years or is tired in four. We are comfortable specifying Calloway for a rental turnaround, a short-hold investment property or a low-traffic room, and we would talk you out of it for a family hallway or a kitchen you plan to keep. Four colours is also a genuinely limited palette. If the budget is the constraint, say so and we will show you where the extra spend actually buys you something.
