Where it doesn’t suit

Twelve colours sounds like an advantage and it is, but it is also the reason to get physical samples rather than choose from a screen. These are all neutrals, and neutrals are exactly what a phone screen renders worst — the difference between the warm greys and the cool greys here is real in a room and invisible in a photograph.
